She’s been working in the industry for several years now, serving and educating pet parents about happy, healthy pups! She is also a very talented artist and loves painting pets in watercolour. She has a dog named Bruce, a strange and high energy border collie with a zest for life. He’s taught her so much about responsible dog ownership, enrichment, and training. Alecia is our Senior Groomer. She started out her career as a veterinary assistant, but switched to grooming in 2016, as the creative side called to her. Jess is our Social Media Manager! She is a self-proclaimed nerd for all things pet related, and we would say she’s definitely an expert. In fact, she’s the mastermind behind all of our marketing efforts. She also dabbles in pet photography, so you’ll often see her snapping shots for our pop-up photoshoot events! Kolbi is East Coast Dog’s very talented Digital Advertising Strategist. She started at ECD as a co-op student from NSCC, studying Digital Marketing, but has become an indispensable member of the team! She is a the force behind all of our Digital Advertising and SEO efforts and we are very lucky that she agreed to stay on after her co-op term.

Courtney is our Professional Dog Walker. She started off her time in the industry, working with animals, as a veterinary assistant. She has since gained tons of additional valuable experience, equipping her with a masterful knowledge of animal behaviour! Ryan started as one of our pet care experts, and he has been eager from the start to learn and expand his knowledge. His positive attitude is infectious and he has been a wonderful addition to the team. He comes from a background of work in customer service and doggy daycare. Kenya is his 8-year old pup and best friend, and he’d love to tell you all about how much he loves her, if you ask!
