Fear Free Services
All of our service staff are Fear-Free Certified. Animals are at their best when they feel at ease. Fear Free offers science-based, behaviour-led strategies to prevent and reduce fear, anxiety, and stress for the pets in our care.
Experienced Handlers
Our team of pro handlers are backed by years of experience working with dogs. They’ll be able to identify body language, effectively manage the environment, encourage confidence in your pup, and implement fun pattern game techniques to ensure your pet is always safe, happy and well taken care of!

Positive Approach
All of our handlers are Fear Free Certified, through Fear Free Pets and participate in a training program, lead by certified dog trainer Amanda VanTassel, who specializes in Positive Reinforcement methods used for Loose Leash Walking. Solo Skill Practice
Our handlers never walk in groups, unless they’re walking sibling dogs from the same household. Sending your pup out on our one-on-one skill practice walks means that they’ll get the full attention from their handler! An excellent opportunity for loose leash training, exploration and mental exercise, all in a controlled environment.
How it works:
Step 1. Fill out an Intake Form, tell us about your dog and how we can help!
Step 2. Book a FREE at-home Meet & Greet with our team.
Step 3. We come to you! During the Meet & Greet, you’ll have a chance to:
- Introduce us to your pup before we take them out for a quick assessment walk
- Discuss any special instructions for pick-up and drop-off
- Show us where your pup’s gear is kept
- Confirm scheduling needs
We’ll be able to quickly tell if the services are safe and suitable for your pup. Dogs who display high levels of reactivity will be required to consult with a trainer to create a behaviour modification plan, before accessing our services.
Step 4. All set? We proceed to setting up your online profile and you’re ready to schedule walks!
Services can begin, typically within 2 days of the initial assessment.
Step 5. Your dog’s adventures begin! Enjoy:
- Hassle-free in-home pick-up & drop-off.
- Peace of mind knowing your dog is in capable hands with one of our fear-free & first aid certified dog walkers!
- Option for a recurring weekly schedule or access to walks, as needed.
- Automatic payments through our online booking system.

This quick 10-minute potty break service is perfect for mid-day relief or a little fresh air between longer walks. Each visit includes at-home pick-up and drop-off, plenty of praise and encouragement, and a few minutes of gentle movement to keep your dog comfortable and content.

2 x 10 Minute Potty Break
Our 2x 10-minute potty break service is designed for dogs who benefit from more frequent outings throughout the day. With two separate visits – one in the morning and one in the afternoon – this option is ideal for young puppies, senior dogs, or those adjusting to a new routine. Each visit includes at-home pick-up and drop-off, plenty of praise and encouragement, and a few minutes of gentle movement to keep your dog comfortable, supported, and on track with their potty training.

25 Minute Skill Practice Walk
Rain or shine, your pet’s dedicated handler will arrive for their scheduled walk (at-home pick-up & drop-off included). During their 25 minute on-leash adventure, the handler will be bonding with your dog, engaging them in physical & mental activities, and practicing the correct skills for walking safely and properly, on-leash.

Rain or shine, your pet’s dedicated handler will arrive for two scheduled visits throughout the day (at-home pick-up & drop-off included). This service includes two 20-minute on-leash skill practice walks – ideal for dogs who benefit from both structured exercise and more frequent outings.
During their skill practice walks, your handler will focus on bonding with your dog, engaging them in physical and mental activities, and reinforcing the skills needed for walking safely and properly on-leash. The additional visit provides a chance for relief, gentle movement, and continued support throughout the day – perfect for puppies or dogs needing a bit of extra attention.

Courtney (she/her) | Dog Walker & Pet Care Expert
Courtney is our Senior Dog Walker – but she also works in the shop! She started off her time in the industry, working with animals as a veterinary assistant. She has since gained tons of additional valuable experience, equipping her with a masterful knowledge of animal behaviour! Ripley, her Australian Cattle Dog, is the light of her life!
