Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Special Order Items
- Sale/Discounted Items
- Beds & Crates
- Frozen Food & Treats
- Open bags of treats & supplements
- Destroyed toys
- Gift Cards
Refunds
Refunds are processed automatically to the original payment method. If you paid by credit card, the refund will go back to that card. For debit transactions, the physical card must be presented in-store to process the refund. Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for your bank or payment processor to reflect the refund. If you do not see it within that timeframe, feel free to contact us for assistance at info@eastcoastdog.ca.
ECD allows full refunds on opened bags of DRY food (Frozen Food is not returnable), so long as more than 50% of the kibble remains, and the kibble is in its original packaging. Please make sure bags are sealed air-tight and taped once returned.
Please note that ECD will always accept returns on spoiled treats and food, if it is within our 30 day return policy.
